Sebastian Wayß
WAYSSART Solutions GmbH is managed by Sebastian Wayß, who founded the company in 2024. As Managing Director, he is responsible for the strategic direction, product development, and operational management of all business units.
With over 15 years of professional experience in the public sector – in the areas of defense, civil protection, and migration – as well as extensive management and logistics experience gained from deployments in Germany, Turkey, Lebanon, and Syria, Mr. Wayß possesses a profound understanding of the requirements of national and international crisis management.
Sören Weber
Sören Weber brings over 15 years of experience in professional software development to WAYSSART Solutions. Throughout his career, he has developed software in industries where reliability, availability, and correctness are paramount— expertise he now applies to building robust, scalable systems for crisis management. As CTO, Sören Weber is responsible for Wayssart’s technical vision and ensures that those who protect our society can rely on the technology that supports them.
